(c) Individuals that access our Website (“Website Users”);
(d) Individuals applying for a job with us (“Job Applicants”).

6. Who do we share your personal data with and why?
Our main service is connecting Buyers and Professionals. To do this, we share information from a The CFO Co. (including Buyer name, email address, and phone number) with relevant Professionals who choose to respond to the Submission.
If we can't match a Buyer with a Professional, we may share the The CFO Co. information with third-party aggregators to help find a suitable match. The third parties we share data with are listed in Table E here.
We work with trusted third-party companies and individuals to provide, analyze, and improve our Services (such as verification, data storage, maintenance, web analytics, payment processing, and service improvement). These third parties process your data on our behalf. We disclose your personal data to these parties to perform these necessary functions.
We may also share your data with third parties for their own purposes, such as processing payments or when you access our Services through an application. These organizations will use your data for their own purposes (as a "controller") and have their own privacy policies and legal responsibilities.
